On 18 April 2019, the Foundation signed an agreement with the National Diaspora Agency (AKD) under which it undertook to submit to the Agency a series of project proposals as part of the Diaspora Master Plan for the period 2018-2024.

The proposals concerned strategies for the career guidance of young Albanians in light of the changes in the world of work spurred by the digital evolution, a way to introduce innovative policies in the field of microcredit in favour of businesses and a "capacity building" activity to introduce the concept of supplementary health care with mutual purposes in the country.
